• Dedicated Phone service 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (EST)
• 24-hour/7 days-a-week voice mail service
• Overnight service available until 6:00 pm (EST)
• Experienced staff answering inquiries, directing merchants to proper businesses and paper product knowledge
• Expansive climate controlled space (20,000—50,000 Sq. ft.)
• Centrally located in the tri-state area for quicker and more cost effective deliveries
• Pulling, packing and shipping of paper and printed samples
• Handling of full size sheets (28x40) in triple walled corrugated
• Special cutting to merchants request and custom packaging
• Inventory maintenance, monthly reports
• Stocking and Handling of palletized material
• Experienced and knowledgeable phone representative (9 hours a day)
• Mailing station/work area to provide direct marketing mailings, stuffing envelopes, and packaging bulk shipments
• Trade Shows: Shipping out and receiving returned product for restocking and redistribution to appropriate facility
